Small teams do not need a complicated AI stack. They need a few dependable workflows that remove friction from work they already do.
1. Turn a product brief into a campaign outline
Bring together the product description, target audience, key benefits, proof points and campaign goal. Ask AI to structure a brief with message territories, channels, deliverables and open questions. Treat it as a first draft for discussion, not a strategy decision.
2. Repurpose one strong idea
Start with an approved article, case note or founder point of view. Create a set of social post drafts, a short email introduction and a sales-team summary. Keep the core idea consistent while adapting length and tone for each channel.
3. Build a customer-question library
Collect questions from sales calls, support conversations and public reviews where you have permission to use them. Group recurring themes, identify gaps in existing content and draft helpful answers for a human to check.
4. Create a first-pass creative matrix
Explore several combinations of audience tension, product benefit, proof and creative format. Ask for variations, then have the team choose and refine the strongest direction. Do not publish unreviewed claims or synthetic testimonials.
5. Prepare a weekly insight summary
Summarise selected internal notes, campaign observations and approved research links. Ask the system to separate evidence from interpretation and list questions that need further investigation.
Make the workflow measurable
Record the time required before and after, the amount of editing needed and whether the final work is genuinely better. Keep customer information and confidential business data out of tools that are not approved for that use.
Start small: choose one workflow, document the steps and review the outcome after two weeks. A dependable process is more valuable than a long list of tools.
